About Aldoria Cakery

      As a young child, I began baking with my grandmothers.  They were my teachers and inspiration to bake.  I learned that making and sharing food with others was an intimate experience.  It builds bonds and relationships.  It shows you care.  I put all that love and care in all of the cakes I create!  

    I chose the name Aldoria as a combination of my Grandmothers' names, Aldine, Dolores and Georgia.  Each of them has a special place in my heart and a special recipe that will leave a lasting impression on your taste buds!

   My passion is creating a custom cake that reflects your style and personality.  Not only will the characteristic look of your cake be specialized, but the flavor can be unique as well.  I enjoy creating a custom cake flavor taking inspiration from your favorite drink or favorite dessert.  Let's explore the possibilities!
